Did you know that Shoosmiths had involvement in setting up the Automotive side of the Ombudsman in March of last year so if you are trying to get a result from the Ombudsman it looks like you are wasting your time, as this is going against an organisation set up by people who work for GMAC and also the Ombudsman. To me this looks like a conflict of interest when you complain to the Ombudsman and that this system seems to be working against the people complaining about an unjust system.
Also the inspection company Manheim are also the company doing the inspection courses for the BVRLA which is a conflict of interest and don,t comply with the British car manufactures standards that are used in car plants in the UK. This means that you are on to a losing battle straight away. My case is still on going just waiting to get a reply from the devil themselves. This corruption needs stamping out and a fair deal is needed by all those people who don,t know how to deal with these institutions. Hope all goes well with the BBC Panorama would be a better chose and put people in there to investigate each company in detail.
