hello everyone I am Mrs Ali. Could some one help me to give legal advocacy under legal aid to sue social worker who frudently, and by lying involved my family in CP plan. Now after knowing his fraud hate crime against my family we had quit any connection with him. But we want social worker to put off my son from CP plan and cancel/destroy my family's name from social service record. How do I start legal proceeding against that liar social worker, he has disclosed my family informations and damaged my son's psychological health and parents health and my son has scary nightmares of that social worker and team.

Please someone guide me please. We are so much worried? Social worker is the worst corrupted department we had ever experience in our whole life
