hi ,
need some help , this is an old debt from Vodaphone for £723 that was passed to lowell on 30th august 2013. I tried to dispute with vodaphone at the time.
i cant remember exactly when the account was defaulted on but im sure its over 6 years so should be statue barred.
i have followed the advice on here and replied to court , sent the 2 letters but lowell have replied saying due the consumer credit act 1974 they dont have to supply me with a copy of the agreement and they have requested a copy of the default notice from the original creditor.
I need to send in my defense to the court and was wondering what to put . I am going with statue barred as im sure it is about 7 years and that they are trying it on.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
