  • Selling a share of inherited property in spain.

Hello to everyone at the Legal Beales Forum,

I need advice regards selling my share of a property in Spain, which I and seven others inherited approximately two years ago.

Due to its location and the state of the property market in Spain... the property has become a money pit.
I would like to sell my share to my two brothers whom both have a share of the property.

Question: Is this possible, or would I have to offer my share to all seven remaining share holders.

Any advice on this matter would be more than welcome.

    Many thanks.

    Hi and welcome

Apologies for seeming to have ignored you, but this is probably because property deals in Spain can be a minefield to the unwary, and we would all remain silent rather than risk giving inappropriate advice,
