Disaplinary

Can someone help me please? If you go to a disaplinary does it automatically mean your guilty? And secondly can the tables turn on the accusers if they are found out to be lying?

No.

Possibly, but that would probably be dealt with separately to (but related to) your disciplinary hearing.
