Hi, been reading various threads on here for a while, and as I currently have a few legal issues I thought I would join for advice, and to contribute help if I can.
I'm something of a specialist in dealing with the Gambling Commission, particularly in relation to fruit machines and the illegal sale of such. Niche I know, but could be very useful to someone!
I also have detailed first hand knowledge of the process of listing "Assets of Community Value" under the legislation provided in the Localism Act. If your pub is under threat of development then I'm very happy to provide advice.
