Re: Car finance.. voluntary termination
Just for everyones reference, Rob i owe you one! Despite arguing with the finance company who was responsible for collecting the car or insisting that i delivered it, and also demanding the two months payment since i informed them i was giving notice of the VT. After sending an email last week informing of my intention to use this: NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL VEHICLE UNDER THE TORTS (INTERFERENCE WITH GOODS) ACT 1977 as suggested by Rob above, they miraculously turned up today to collect the car! Thanks again to Rob for your help on this
