  • Repossession hearing

Parents had a repossession hearing in August which I attended on their behalf.

The court agreed to let us put a down payment of £3000 and then stick to 500 per month plus our mortgage payments.

We have done so haven't missed a payment since however we were due to receive a lump sum which we still haven't done.

They asked us to have an updated hearing whic is this Friday.

Are they likely to let us continue with the arrangement as it means it will be clear in less than a year and that we haven't missed one payment.
