Legal payment document

Can someone please advise me how and where I would be able to get a legal document printed as between my partner and I, we are lending 10k to my daughter and her partner and they have promised to pay us back but they agree along with us that a legal document should be drawn up.

Can I get one somewhere for free? thanks
