Hi there,
Having major issue with this company .I sent a phone to them which they received on Monday quoting a fast and efficient service. But it is now thursday and after several phone calls to there customer services I am yet to received a confirmation email and they are saying it can take upto 5 days for the money to reach my account using BACS system. Is there any other way of getting them acted quicker without chasing through trading standards.
