mobile phone debt

hi
recieved a letter from capqust regarding a debt to orange mobile phone checked noodle and according to noodle the debt is to a bank ???
how would I preceed from here regarding this and the amount is a stupid fiquire what sort of letter lines i need to take

I think you are going to have to provide more information than that for anyone to help.

Did you own an Orange account or a owe money to a bank?
Do you know what the alleged debt is about?
Is the debt owed?
Do you believe it to be statute barred?

I did have an orange account but i have checked and it is the same account as that for a bank i intend to write asking for clarification of this debt I think it is about a mobile phone contract which I had to finish because I was not in a position to pay it
I intend to ask them first for confirmation of who is what and when i get a reply ask for a statment of account to see how much this debt is from orange
Question my contract is with orange not the debt collectors if they have purchased this from orange should I have not been informed?????
