Have rec'd a CCJ, Judgement for Claimant, from Northampton via Cabot and a little concerned by it. Firstly i appealed online via the moneymatters online to get a payment of £10 per month as i was not working (granted it was late as i got letter late - i also emailed whoever i could). Now i am working and earning minimum wage and they have judged £150 per month, which is way to much and looking to make an offer of £15. Have completed the N245 and will be sending it off... Just a few questions if someone can answer them:
1. Letter looks like a photocopy, its one sided and everything is the same ink colour. Is this standard as i always though i would get something official.
2. How many times can i appeal against their decision. I feel if i can arrange £15 per month then i can maintain this. Once calculations are done it leaves me with between £20 - £30 per week and there are some bills i cannot put onto the form, like life insurances, what are my chances...
Thanks people, could do with some good advice and pointers.
