Hope someone can advise please.
When a landlord accepted IVA for the rent is owed, will the lease still stand or its terminated? (its a restaurant business, still have ten years lease left)
The IVA started two years ago. Landlord never chased for rent since IVA started and he used to chased for rent.
But now, because council is chasing for the property council tax , landlord said its my duty to pay.
This is where the problem lies, who should pay and also, with landlord accepting IVA, lease should be ceased or I am wrong?
