Hi everyone, you'll probably remember helping me recently.
Santander took my parents to court for repossession of their home, I attended and managed to get an order of the contract payments plus £500 per month.
They put down the 3k agreed and have kept to the agreement without fail since.
Looked on the account and noticed Santander had added 500 solicitor fees and then two days later 1800 in fees, is this excessive?
Also the review of what was agreed is I. Court end of this month as hey said they may be able to pay it off from a pension which they haven't had yet, are they likely to just say continue with the current payment?
