    I defended the claim from Lowell, and sent the CCA request with my £1, since then they sent me a statement and an default notice and a online application form from Vanquis, however they still have not sent me the consumer credit agreement or any reference to it, is this enough for them to take court action?
    Any replies most welcome.

        therefore the CCA on line from 2007 counts, all they need to prove i..e. a tick on line in the box.
