I'm hoping someone can help me on the process of a money claim.
I'm in the process of making a money claim against a builder. I returned my Directions Questionnaire within the timescale, the builder didn't and he was issued a general sanctions order. He had until 28th September to reply to this and I've been checking the online portal since then but there's been no update since the GQ was issued.
Am I supposed to be chasing this up or will the money claim process automate the next stage?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
