Hi All,
I recently sent off the this company to find out if I was entitled to a P.P.I claim, to my amazement , I have a claim, according to the Claim Guys, so they now want me to send there 30% charge which I was aware of, and thought this would be beneficial as would save me any hassle,?
No to may amazement they actually want me to pay almost £6000.00p, but prior to these letters arriving unknown I assume that the claim guys the bank involved had written to me and said there was no complaint to answer to.
So I am now at a loss of legally what this company can do, I have spoken to a representative at this company and they said " oh we can put an advisory on your account, as to await payment", I explained there is no way at present I have anywhere near, £6,000.00p to pay there so called fees, upfront ,when to me I have no real concrete evidence that they actually have achieved a refund of P.P.I for me.
Any advise out there, or anyone in the same boat!
Yours confused...
