  • Didn't get paid

Hi, so basically long story short, I was with the job agency and they kept sending me to one company (I'm not sure if I can give names of the agency and company)
And everything was ok I had work 2-3 days a week (not great but bearable), I finished my 3 months with the company so my pay would go up to the same level as employees, and then they asked me to come 6 days in 1 week and 2 days on the next. And here is the problem. They paid for 5 days out of those 6 and didn't pay for the next two days.
The dates of those days are 13th, 17th and 18th of March 2016.

The reason why it took me so long to seek help is because I've been in contact with the agency and my old manager at that company and they kept telling me that its going to be resolved.

So now more or less on what I did and what happened with the agency and the company.

I called the agency and they said they sent an email to the company asking what's wrong and to resolve the issue. And that's basically the only way they tried to contact the company because they said they can't call anyone until they get a reply for the email. I called my old manager at the company few times and on the 1st call he said that he is going to take care of the problem but it might take a while.
Then i called an Agency 3 weeks later - they said no1 contacted them. Called manager 2nd time he said that he passed a message to his boss and that they are resolving the issue. Then I called the agency again telling them they should hear from the company in the next 2 weeks beacuse they know about the problem and are fixing it.
Then when nothing happened i called my manager again and he was surprised to hear that nothing happened because he thought it was resolved already. I believe then agency tried to email main office of the company to see if they are going to reply but that didn't bring any results either.

Because of the issue I had to leave Liverpool where it all took place and start over in Huddersfield and that's basically why I want this resolved.
I want to get paid for the 3 days of work and I just want to move past this.

On a side note, working conditions at the company were great and managers were friendly. They opened a new depot and needed more workers and at the time I was even told that I will get a contract, then it changed to might get a contract and after that the whole problem started and they stopped asking for me at all. And I mentioned it because the only confirmation on weather or not I was at work was the form we signed at the end of a shift and the fact that the agency called me and told me to be at work. But when we started at the new depot there were days when we didn't sign anything because everyone knew each other. And at the time it didn't seem like a big issue because it wasn't just the agency workers that didn't sign anything but employees as well. So after a while I figured that lack of those signatures was the main cause of the issue. But no one confirmed it.

I hope I covered the whole issue. If anyone could tell me what to do or who to contact to get help resolving the issue I would really appreciate it.

I called the agency today just to check if anything changed but it didn't and my old manager isn't picking up his phone anymore.

If I missed anything and if there are informations I need to give in order to fix the problem please just let me know.

    Thanks in advance
    Jack
