Help !! Oral Appeal Allowed (if only applied within 7 days) ?? HELP !!

Need urgent assistance with this question - will be appreciated.


An appeal applied for months ago, after months of waiting,
the appeal has been rejected (via the court letter/order)

but the court have said in this court letter, something along the lines of,

"that an oral appeal can be heard, if an application is made within 7 days of the date of this letter"


(I don't wish to get into the details of the claim, this question on applying for this oral appeal)

(because didn't send the skeleton argument in time.
But they say we can apply for an oral hearing (within 7 days).



QUESTION 1) How do you apply for this oral hearing, from the court?

QUESTION 2) is this oral hearing to be requested by the usual N244 form ?


and at the oral hearing the claimant/defendant will put their 'case forward', in detail (to win the judge around)


QUESTION 3) 'these argument points' that they will put forward, are they including these points in this written application of the oral hearing request (in questions 1 and 2)?

Ie.Will they be putting the full main detailed argument on this N244 form (that is the full argument that they are appealing against ?

Or NOT at this stage, but we will 'save' that bulk paper FAA Argument detail for the actual date of the oral hearing ??

-so the main argument points do NOT have to be posted at this stage? but only when the actual oral hearing takes place?
