I have recently been sold a Level 2 & 3 Gas Safe plumbing and heating course in which I am able to complete in my leisure as I am working full time. After being very naive and signing on to this course and signing this fixed term credit agreement, I have now looked in to this more on other forums and realised this course is not going to be beneficial for me and was all really just a good sales pitch rather than for my learning benefit.
Many others have stated that these courses are 'useless' and to go to a local college and study there.
Unfortunately for me I have signed the credit agreement and my 14 day cooling off period is up. The first direct debit payment has not yet been taken from my account and I was wondering is there any way I can cancel this agreement still without the credit loan company wanting the full or even half the amount of the loaned amount back?
I understand that my cooling off period is up, but would it still be of any help to write to them and see what they say?
Any help anyone can give me is much appreciated. Thank you
