I have an on-going thread under the topic - LL did not protect deposit - but I thought today's developments warranted a new topic area.
As part of disclosure, the LLs have sent me copies of letters sent into Court as part of their evidence amongst which there are letters which have been falsified and back dated to 2011, saying things which I never said before. For example, in one of the letters, it is alleged that I had rang the LL to say my bank had mistakenly sent out my rent early, and that I had asked if the LL could keep the rent anyway "just in case I should have some difficulty paying rent in the future". This is a totally fabricated story line and such an incident never happened. There are other similarly bizarre and laughable stories that the LLs have fabricated ahead of the hearing later this month - all in a aid of evading non-protection of deposit sanctions.
How can I hammer home the fact that the LLs are committing perjury and an abuse of the process and anything else that Members might think of please? I am working flat out on my submissions. I appreciate your time, help and care.
