    the court sent me notification that Judgment was set aside they also sent me a Notice of Proposed Allocation to Small Claims Track with a Directional questionnaire. Anyone tell me what I do with this as I ain't got a clue.

      I've peeked at another thread of yours which may relate to this claim (is it the same one?).

      If it is then the Consent Order signed between you and the Claimant (Lowell) states that the Claim be "dismissed".

      So if the claim was dismissed I'm a bit baffled as to why the court has sent you a DQ.

      Maybe call Truro County Court on Monday to see what's going on. Hopefully it's only a case of crossed wires.
