  • VOLUNTARY TERMINATION OF PCP AGREEMENT - Help

    Hello

I am going down the route of a VT of my contact with Mercedes Finance, i have read several posts and obtained a copy of the letter template to send to the finance company. I sent them this yesterday via email and received an email delivery confirmation. I called to ensure it was received and was being dealt with, i have been told it has been received and they are processing it and will post out a pack for me to sign and send back. Can i clarify, as long as my letter is signed that is all i need to do ?

Yes you don't have to sign it, just give notice. No obligation for you to sign any pack from them at all, if you do so, its at your own risk
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

      Hi
I would recommend not signing the document if you have notified as you have they do not need signed document from them. they will put excess mileage and maybe condition in it and then say you have agreed the the additional charges go to Consumer credit act sections 99 and 100 or get more advise

      Cheers dcpenno
