    Hi everyone,
just a quick enquiry as to what I need to do next:

I have been in diffs for around 4 years following a relationship breakdown and financial problems. I moved from the family home and have issues getting mail. By chance my daughter handed over a letter to me in July as it had a solicitor logo on the front. It turns out that it was a notice before action letter and that I had 14 days to contact them or make a payment. I learnt all this from browsing Legal Beagle forums and also the templates for letters to send off to them.
I sent a letter to McManus Kearney Belfast requesting appropriate documents 0n 31/07/2016 and as yet have heard nothing back.
I sent a CCA request to the PRA Group on 31/07/2016 and received a reply on 02/08/2016 stating that they had requested the CCA and would get back to me. Subsequently on 24/08/2016 I received a letter dated 23/08/2016 saying please find enclosed copy documents as requested and asking me to contact them. Enclosed copy of CCA and some credit card statements. I also received the same day (24/08/2016) a letter dated 28/08/2016 ? stating that they enclosed copy documents received to date and they are awaiting further to complete my request and also that they will not contact me until they supply the information requested.
Just wondering what I should do next? Do I just wait?
    Really appreciate any advice.
    Letters attached.

    Gball.
    Good evening, welcome to LB.

From what I can see the purported agreement is incomplete and does not satisfy a CCA request.

Does it have any more Term and Conditions?

Does it show your name and address as it was when the account was opened?

Also some of it is barely legible.

When was the last payment or written acknowledgment made to the account?

Do you know when the account was defaulted? A check on credit reference files may provide some indicators. ( You can check Noddle Free Online.

I am not very familiar with the variations in NI's court procedures which may vary somewhat from England and Wales.

      Hi Nem
Thanks for you time and knowledge.

Yes the alleged CCA has my name and address printed at the top and the card number written in blue pen. No other agreements were sent.

The last payment was made in July 2012 as shown in one of several statements that where sent.

Clearscore shows the account as closed but as a decault with PRA Group.

      Again really value your wisdom.

      Gball.
