Hi Guys;
Just dropped in to test the water...I have a friend who`s son is being processed for his residency; he was brought here in 1997 by a parent for schooling from an EU country; Unfortunately he developed mental health issues and attacked the parent ending up in prison; eventually has been diagnosed and is being treated... but then Brexit happened and his application put on hold, The Home Office are not about to deport him (yet) but we need to investigate the possibility of ways to complete his residents application so his treatment can be secured, possibly making his prison sentence retrospectively void due to the fact he was mentally ill when he went to prison, the parent is fully supportive and is the only living parent... I know its going to be a minefield any idea`s ?
