Re: PLEASE advise. PRA group vs Penny
[QUOTE=Penny03;667232]@nemesis45 may I ask a question.
Back in 2013, I spoke with Barclays as I had trouble paying the high repayment charges. They placed my account & interest on hold, and I started paying £5 per month. Would this be classified as a new agreement with Barclays, or would PRA still be required to supply the original egg and Barclay card aggrements to win a case?
Good morning,
This would be an " arrangement to pay " Barclays would mark credit files " AP" rather than defaulting a delinquent.
For a CCA request both the original Egg and the Barclaycard agreement should be provided, it's rare these days to see the Egg agreements supplied and this results in " reconstituted " agreement being supplied for the Egg account, those I have seen have not been compliant.
