Nissan Leaf
Hi has anyone had any experience on Voluntary Termination? we had decided to exchange our Electric car as it didn't have enough miles, but Nissan have refused to exchange the car as it is on a Flex deal they want nothing to do with it. Thanks

Hi poppy, is the agreement on hire purchase or some other regulated agreement?
I'm not sure on the setup of the terms of Leaf's but if you have the terms or a copy, and you can post them up I can take a look for you.If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need.
