We sent a copy of the original CCA in the CPR response to PRA.. will this do or do we need to send it again...

on the court claim form they say 'payments of 12.00 received up to 17 July 2013. yet on the 8 July we have a letter stating that the bank of scotland has assigned all of its respective rights title and interest re the ac. including the outstanding balance to AK portfolio AS Sug Branch effective on 24 june 2013. they continue to say that the credit card ac after this date will be forwarded to AK Uk ltd and will be deducted from the balance .

Last payment was when blair oliver scott sold the debt to active 27 march 2013. that the (cpa) continuous payment authority is no longer available, and we need to make alternative arrangements from the 1 june 2013.
