    Hmm you've left this a bit late to challenge any issues you may have based on law. What exactly is Copd. What is the nature of your argument?

        COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) ... it's a name given to many different lung complaints such as chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

        I don't think that [MENTION=87852]Hickie66[/MENTION] is appealing a previous atos decision (although I could be wrong). They are just asking for advice on what to expect

        Have you ever had an ATOS assessment before Hickie?? Are you applying for PIP or ESA (not that the medical is any different)?? Is the medical at a 'testing centre' or in your own home??
