I have been searching for petitions regarding the TV Licence Fee -


I found this one https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/121973


Its not exactly the point I am wanting to petition though. I think the BBC is popular with a good percentage of people. I do not want to comment on how i think they should charge people for their service or on the quality of the content. What I would like though is for every individual to have the choice whether they receive bbc services and live content. The only petition I can find is this one https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/130677 which is asking for the choice to subscribe, but it has been rejected.


Could anybody give me any advice on creating a petition? or advice on whether petition 121973 basically means the same thing?

Looks like a waste of time starting a petition even if you got enough signing hard to see it changing things

The point I would like to make about all this is that it should not be a criminal offence in the first place and we should petition to get that changed.
