I'm in a position where I am in the early stages of a dispute over a supposed loan that was made to me personally.
My intention is to defend it for as long as I can. I don't feel like a owe this money but have little evidence to disprove it. The claimant may have a few emails that can be called on as proof that I do. The claiment may be calling my bluff.
The amount is 15k
I want to understand what my likely exposure to costs are should I lose the case. During the case is there anything I can do to reduce my exposure such as make an offer to settle.
