New to site. My employer has a grading system for all employee's.
N1 = new starter all the way upto N4 for lead ops and Om's (ownership maintenance)
There are other bands for different employees. EG. supervisors and managers alike.
1. do i have the right to ask for pay information with regard to pay rises? (eg N1 to N2 and so on) if so dose the company have to respond with asked request?
2. As we know the living wage came into force from the 1st of Apr 2016,
3. Does my company have to balance wages in compliance with its own terms and conditions of employment from that said date?
4. I have asked for this info but am being stone walled.
