Used Car bought from a Dealer 10 days back. Overheating issues noticed within 2 days and it's given to them for repair multiple times (Car has been in garage more time then it's with me). Now it seems that it's not a simple electrical fault but an Engine issue which will take time. I want a refund then continuing with this unreliable car. Can someone recommend a good Consumer Rights Solicitor in Brighton who has experience in deals with this? I am new to this area.

Re: Can someone recommend consumer rights solicitor in Brighton. This is for Faulty C
You can reject the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as it is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. You have up to 30 days to reject the car for a full refund.
Dear Sir/ Madam
Ref: CAR REG, make, model.
On 31st May 2016 I purchased, and took delivery of?collected?, the above vehicle from you. Almost immediately I discovered that it was not of satisfactory quality as it overheated constantly. I have returned the vehicle to you and given ample opportunity for the faults to be remedied, however you have now informed me it is an engine problem which will take months to fix. I am sure you are aware The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires dealers to supply goods of satisfactory quality, however, the vehicle is clearly unroadworthy. You are therefore in breach of contract.
I am legally entitled to reject the vehicle and to be reimbursed for its full purchase price of £XXXXX. The vehicle is already in your possession (or say you'll return the car to them and when etc) .
I look forward to receiving a full refund within 14 days ( say which method of payment - refund to card / cheque etc )
If you fail to reimburse me I shall have no alternative but to issue a claim against you in the county court for recovery of the money without further reference to you.
Yours faithfully,
xxxxxxxx#staysafestayhome
