Hi all, this is the first time ive ever used a forum.
im going to need help with 2 problems

1) returning vehicle to Advantage Finance.
i have made 24 payments of 48 on a HP agreement
I have my agreement number but no origunal documents

Hi Eddie and welcome to the forum, I have split your thread for you so things don't get confused, so this one for the HP isse, and the other for the overpayment of tax credits

Firstly on the HP can you tell us how much the original vehicle was, how much deposit you paid, and what payments you make each month pls. The 50% is on the amounts, not on the number of payments.

purchase price £3695 deposit £300
48 payments of £130-86p payments started July 2014
have made 24 payments No payments missed
Vehicle is SORN at the moment cannot afford insur
DVLA would not allow vehicle to be taxed without insur.
even if off road worry about retyurning vehicle to them or garage
