Sunnyside, thank you, of course you are right. I do understand that MCOL is part of the UK courts system, I'm just interested in hearing about peoples' experience with filing a claim via MCOL versus the more traditional methods. thank you.

We have lots of people on the forum who use the MCOL system to defend claims brought against them. Sometimes it works, sometimes it's a right pain in the bum .... I think it would be good to review the defendant's experience of MCOL as well as the claimants. Most of the guidance issued by MCOL and help pages are concentrated on the claimant - the defendant's get kind of forgotten about...
