  • What to do after I've won a County Court CCJ?

    Hi,

I've just won my case and been allowed a CCJ, as the Defendant did not show, I am using Moneyclaim.gov.uk - The next logical step looking at MC is to use bailiffs, but what happens if she simply doesn't open the door and has nothing (like a car) outside to remove? - I feel like it would be another £70 wasted :-/

The other options I have been offered by the online moneyclaim helpdesk are:-
    1) A warrant of control - Bailiffs (But I don't think they can break in?)
    2) an attachment of earnings order - but I don't think she works, Can they take it from benefits?
    3) A third party debt order - Sounds useful?
    4) A charging order - I'm not sure she has any assets to sell (such as property, land / investments

How big is the debt and does she have any assets to cover it or a job to carry out recovery will cost money

The debt is only £200, she may have assets in the house - but these could be on credit?
