Just wanted to say hello, I found the forum while searching for information about a minor but annoying problem related to my electricity suppliers slipshod handling of an erroneous transfer followed up by messing up my account to the extent that I now have two energy suppliers until a correction can be made to the national data base and the transfer to a new supplier can be completed.
I hope it will be sorted soon but I decided to register on this forum in case I need to take things further and seek redress.
I'll dip in when time allows and might even be able to help other members in the future.

Welcome to the forum Woodytia, hope your electricity supplier issue gets sorted soon, just don't be holding your breath , and feel to post more detail if you want some input xxx
