My partner had a quickquid loan applied for and put into her bank account last year and withdrawn straight away in London. (We're in Manchester). This was reported as fraud and was told by QQ everything will be sorted with the bank etc. Spoke to the bank and they marked it as fraud. We then closed the bank account and moved elsewhere. We have just checked her credit report and can see QQ have put on missed payments but no default etc. No letters have been sent by thm to us. I've emailed their customer support about it and asking them to remove all financial information they have put on it as its fraud and nothing to do with her. Is this all I need to do or shall we threaten them with some sort of court action etc? Anything we can quote to them about them reporting on someones Cfile when its fraud?
