Hi.today I received a claim form from county court business centre on behalf of lowell.
This debt is from 4.5 years ago with a catalogue company. The original company stopped chasing me for the money as they could not produce a signed credit agreement as they had sent it to me and I had never returned it.
Over the years it went to a few dca non could collect as there was no credit agreement.lowell sent me a letter around a year ago and didn't take any notice of it.that was the last I heard of it until now.
Any help of what to do next
