Hello,
I had a judgement set aside last month but the judge has said its stayed for3 months for a defence to be submitted. Can anyone help as to what happens next?
The solicitors(Weightmans) never showed up In court they only sent a letter agreeing for judgement to be set aside, I was only in court 5mins max and came out rather confused by it all!!
The court has said no party are able to claim costs of each other and CCJ is now removed from my credit file.
Do I make contact with Weightmans or court?
