Blemain finance in 2008 offered my wife and i a loan to renovate our house, the amount was agreed, the paperwork signed and they deposited the amount in our account, 10 days later in all the madness that was 2008 they decided to take the loan back with all sorts of threatening noises and charged us interest of £8000 pounds, which in the madness we paid, now today in this world of ppi claims i'm wondering wether they had the right to do that, all the best...pike

Can you provide more information as to the reason it was taken back................before anyone can help.... much more information must be available to them
