Any Advice would be appreciated.
I have a debt that I defaulted on three years ago. I have been chased but have not responded to any letters. The debt has now been passed from Lowells to BPO collections.
BPO sent me a letter stating the amount I owe they are offering a 40% discount if I pay all in one hit and they will advise Lowell to update there records as debt partially satisfied and that will be the end of it.
I am tempted to take them up on this offer as 40% of is a good discount for me.
I know they wont go away, its another three years before the debt becomes SB
My question is, is anyone familiar with them? is this some sort of trick to get me to call them?
Once I call i just want to pay the money no lengthy questions or them listing my incomings and outgoings
Will Lowell then chase me for the rest in the future?
