We have a local man who has multiple limited companies (57 to date). He is heavily involved in the renewable energy industry. The problem is his companies keep applying to local planning authorities to build small developments and then, when they have got approval, go on to build much larger plants.
Newspaper headlines such as this "Residents feel 'lied to' over green digester in Higher Fraddon" are all too common.
The LPAs usually give in because of the threat of appeal costs if they refuse him.
My question is: Is there anyone we can complain to?
