I am just coming to the end of a 2 year none compete clause, enforced under a None disclosure agreement settled out of court in the UK.
I want to return to the industry and work for a company who is listed as a competitor in the none compete clause.
Can I summarise that now the 2 year agreement is over, that there is no longer anything my previous employer can do. They were very aggressive in their stance when I left the company and I am concerned they will not let this go.
