Hi
I am constantly being harassed by this company for a debt that isn't mine. This debt was based on a period after I moved out of a property and with a completely different electricity company than who I was with. I have sent a copy of the end date of my tenancy as proof I wasn't living there but they are still constantly harassing me with threatening phone calls. What cam I do.

Hello,

If you are being harassed by the company despite giving evidence that you are not liable, there are a few things you could do. Firstly, you could complain to the FCA about their behaviour and conduct or alternatively, you can also write a letter to the company informing them that their constant calls and threats are amounting to harassment and if they continue to do so then you will issue proceedings against them for the same.

Please give us the full story and timescale of the debt and how it arose.

What is needed is Formal Complaint to Opos at director level.
