Hi Everybody,
I am probably in the same situation as most, need help on an issue, and found the site, hopefully you can help.
My son works in a canteen at a local factory, his original contract says he works 7am to 7pm sat and sun. his employer asked if he would temporarily work the night shift while they searched for someone new, as the women who worked nights had issues with child care. it was supposed to be for only 3 months, his employer has not found anyone new, and is refusing to allow him to return to his original shift, it has been 9 months now and as a single father he is some having issues himself with childcare and yet his employer keeps saying it wont be for long, and wont let him do his original shift.
Where does he stand with this, please help if you can
