I could really do with some advice, new to this forum
today I've received a notice of enforcement from Rossendale's for the sun of £520.25 for council tax owing to Manchester city council, and they where also granted a liability order for non payment on the 13/10/2011 from an address that I lived at for a few months the mount is very high considering I wasn't there a year. so this must be wrong, unless I've had add cost, like bailiffs charges
There is no way I can pay this amount as I am currently not working due to ill health and I am classed as being disabled and I also have mental health problems and I am currently homeless, I don't own nothing apart from my clothes.
I also thought for some reason they was taking this money from out of my benefits.
I've been worrying all day about this and this is no good for my health
is there anything I can do . help please
