Please advise on what i can do in my circumstance; i have a case with a disputed debt with MKDP, which is already in another court, and ongoing after a default judgement was sort by them, this is still an ongoing case, but to my amusement; i have had other debt collection companies writing to me that they are acting on behalf of MKDp; and also i have been chased to an address i lived 14years ago with another court case on the same matter. Do mkdp have these rights to enter 1) the same case at the same time in different courts and from different companies, 2)Is this not harrassment or more if i am currently involvd with them on this matter under a court and another representatives of theirs going to another courts on the same matter; and other representatives chasing me both at my current address and my parent's address? Please advise on what steps i could take to report MKDP, and who can i report them to? is it the court system; Financial Ombudsman , Legal Ombudsman or a trade association?
