Hi all,
Can anyone give me a link as to where I might find the liability order that shows we are liable to pay income tax,i have already exhausted the council tax liability order scam so im moving on to income tax and what I have found so far is much the same as council tax.there is NO liability order to prove we are liable to pay income tax its just deducted at source whether we like it or not this cannot be right.

eeermmm i sort have spent over 10 years, whilst defending myself against false court claims by a local council ( long story ), understanding the legislation accounting and processes around the mechanisms used to gain liability orders on councils.

i have already exhausted the council tax liability order scam so im moving on

13Person liable for tax

(1)The person liable for any tax on employment income under this Part is the taxable person mentioned in subsection (2) or (3).

This is subject to subsection (4).

Local Government Finance Act 1992 applies to council tax, and other Parliament acts (ie statutes) applies to income tax. In short it is the law, if you don't pay your council tax...you'll go to prison.

RUBBISH UTTER RUBBISH,utter RUBBISH scare tactics imposed on us by a fraudulent government council tax is indeed statute for it to be legal it needs to be in legislation Magna Carta article 61 I have asked my council to whom was a county council but since re-branded to a borough council purely because a county council cannot charge council tax where as a borough council can.So the liability order DOESNT EXIST its fictious same as the people or person in the eyes of law we don't exist apart from a piece of paper called birth certificate.So does anyone else have any other info regards liability order regards income tax?? Going back quickly to council tax fraud when summoned to court bearing in mind a corporation CANNOT issue summons but they do (impersonation of a magistrates court) why do we have to sign a document offered by the clerk of the COUNCIL not the COURT,why are we not taken straight into court put before the judge.Quite simple until you/we sign the document there is NO LEGAL LIABILITY to pay council tax,and why is it the judge in these cases are not on OATH and why is it if these are legal courts using the rules of the magistrates court act 1981 why is it the judge as NO jurisdiction over the proceedings if you or I don't stand when ordered to by the usher or remain standing when entering the court.DONT PAY COUNCIL TAX people its all fraud the only time theres a chance of imprisonment is if you sign the councils document which is then a legal document a liability order in fact and then don't pay council tax that's contempt of court.

Magna Carta 1215 is ancient law where the King could no longer dictate to citizens. Since this all power transferred to the elected Parliament (we have today) about 1600s, and ever since today's Queen (in the constitutional monarchy) does not have any real legal powers; all power has gone to the Executive (ie Prime minister and his government), in addition to delegated power to local governments (ie councils) etc. Magna Carta also states that there shall be no punishment against a citizen except by law. So there is Parliament law, is how Magna Carta applies. Magna Carta also provisioned the right to fair trial many centuries before the Human Rights Act 1998 was ever thought of. I studied public law.

Sharon, it was to sober up (as it were|) this confused person up to the reality of criminal punishment for 'illegally' not paying council tax. It was not meant to represent other genuine situations, hence 'illegality' versus 'legality.'

Ok, your onto something i know about here. The council have the legal right through the LGFA ( section 151 officer and monitoring officer ) , it issue the claim to court, the attending officer is under there deligated powers.

when this officer, hand them to the cleark of the court, he formally agrees that all the accounts are correct, and all prior checks and ballances are done. this is a formal handover, so the judge/magistrate does not have to go through every account ( liability order acts ).
