Hello Nem 45,
In my dealings with Lowell Portfolio 1 I have constantly and truthfully denied ever having had an account with T-Mobile.
I have told them on many occasions that if an account was opened in my name, then it was undoubtedly opened fraudulently.
I have now received an e-mail from Lowell saying that they believe the account was not opened fraudulently, which I believe is the same as calling me a liar. Bearing this in mind Is there any course of action I can legally take?
Best regards Billy the Kid
